Standard Appointments (less than 3 hours) If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. No‑shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. ​ Weddings & Event Bookings For weddings and group/event bookings, cancellations will forfeit the non‑refundable retainer but will not owe the remaining balance. Cancellations made within 60 days of the event are responsible for 50–100% of the remaining balance, depending on proximity to the event date as outlined in your contract. Rescheduling One reschedule with at least 24 hours’ (for standard appointments) or 60 days’ (for weddings/events) notice may be accommodated without penalty, subject to availability. Additional reschedules may require a new retainer. Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to shorten their service while paying the full amount, or the appointment may be treated as a no‑show and charged accordingly. Emergencies I understand that genuine emergencies happen. Fees may be waived or adjusted at my discretion in these situations.
